Best Pan Mee / Mee Hoon Kuay at Taman Maju Jaya, Johor Bahru.

It was a great sunny day at Johor Bahru town. I came back to my hometown for holiday and this town had changed a lot compared to those days. When I woke up this morning, thinking what to have for breakfast and suddenly "Pan Min" came into my mind. So i ask my Mum where can I get nice "Pan Min" to eat as I had left Jb for something like 12 years now.

My mum a friend of mind recommended this shop at Taman Maju Jaya. It is pretty famous to the locals and Singaporean.

Hence I head forward and reach there in 8 mins to taste it myself. So I went on to order the "Pan Min" the square type. You may also change the noodles to others like meehoon, mee sua or yee min. The choice is yours. 10 mins later my "pan min" was served.

Ok...ok... I know it looks very appetising and mouth watering. So this my delicious breakfast. The squarish noodles is thin and smooth. The soup is clear and anchovy broth base, vegetables, tender minced and sliced pork cook just perfect. The blended chili they provide matches very well too. I just love it and is time to digest it down my stomach. Meal time!....Yahoo......
